TO CONNECT & INSPIRE

OUR STORY

Yoga in the Valley was born from a shared passion for yoga and a desire to bring diverse practices to the Clarence Valley community. Founded by Tashi Dawa and Hayley, the initiative aims to connect participants with a variety of yoga modalities through unique events and workshops. Our mission is to create a space where everyone, from beginners to seasoned practitioners, can explore and deepen their yoga practice.

YOGA IN THE CLARENCE VALLEY

OUR PROJECT AIMS

  • We aim to showcase the myriad of yoga methods shared across the Clarence Valley and encourage a space for connection and learning.
  • Yoga days and weekends are a great way to bring our community together and promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
  • Through shared experience, we can create an atmosphere of acceptance, understanding, collegial connection and inspiration.
  • We are not-for-profit and encourage everyone to get involved, grow their networks and share their skills. Together we can develop bigger events and festivals.
  • We hope our events can enable teachers and students to connect around the region and that we create a culture of wisdom and mindfulness in the Clarence Valley.
  • We hope to inspire our yoga community to share, learn and grow together.

OUR YOGA DAYS ARE FOR EVERYONE!
