Hayley is one of the founders of Yoga in the Valley.
She fell in love with yoga while traveling abroad in 2010. Upon returning to her hometown of Grafton, she began practicing regularly. Hayley became a certified yoga teacher in 2018 specialising in Satyananda Yoga teachings, Hayley also enjoys teaching restorative yoga and meditation at her studio Grafton Yoga School.

Her classes range from a gentle session of either Chair yoga or YIN to a more Dynamic Vinyasa Flow, offering space for whatever is needed by the practitioner.

Carol, who retired to Yamba in 2013, has been teaching Nia for nine years, a practice blending dance, martial arts, and mindfulness to foster wellness across body, mind, and soul. Alongside Nia, her journey includes yoga, pilates, meditation, and boogie boarding. Carol’s classes, aimed at creating community and a sense of belonging, are both joyful and inspiring. She lives by the mantra, “Love your body, love your life,” promoting well-being in every session.

Agneta, a 500-hour YTT Yoga Instructor with over 20 years in fitness, teaches a range of styles to all ages and levels. She focuses on the body-mind connection through Vinyasa, a soft flow linking breath and movement. Recently, Agneta added Yoga Therapy to her offerings, providing tailored sessions in private or small groups, including Chair Yoga.

Annette believes this awareness fosters greater compassion and care for ourselves and our planet.

Forever a student of yoga, Greg is passionate about using his teachings to transform lives. He teaches Traditional Hatha Yoga at Samadhi Collective in Yamba and on teacher trainings in Byron Bay, focusing on more than just Asana to make yoga accessible to all. Greg has completed multiple 200-hour and 300-hour trainings, with advanced studies in Yoga Sutra, Kundalini, Vedanta, and the Bhagavad Gita.

ABOUT
Helen Dobra has run a successful Complementary Health practice called ‘Seed of Wellbeing’ in Clarence Valley NSW, for over 12 years. Her interest in holistic health has developed since childhood and has become a way of life. She has a long fascination with the Mindbody connection and Ancient Chinese Medicine which has become an integral part of her practice. She is passionate about inspiring others to deeply connect to their healer within, through Nature consciousness, Meditation, and Qigong. Helen is a Qigong devotee.
