Tashi Dawa

Movement Medicine Meditation 4pm
Tashi Dawa grew up on the Lower Clarence. She began teaching yoga in the late 90’s moving to Europe in her 20’s to establish herself as an international retreat teacher and teacher trainer. She is a popular teacher on Europe’s largest online platform Ekhart Yoga and her retreats are often featured in the Guardian.
She’s half the year in Yamba and the rest of the time traveling internationally.
Tashi teaches classes in Yamba and Maclean when she is home and is one of the founders of Yoga in the Valley.

We are sound, we are resonance, we are energy. Sound as vibration touches every part of our physical being and we can learn to listen not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies.
Sharon provides alternative and natural health services locally. She is a sound healer, drum circle leader, kinesiologist and lymphatic drainage therapist. She shares her wisdom on Ashara Retreats and her business The Healing Room

Leeanne is a Yaegl Traditional Owner, her Great Grandmother, Margaret Laurie, was the eldest daughter of Rocky and Bella Laurie. The Yaegl People are the traditional custodians of the coastal areas around Yamba, Iluka and Maclean.
‘We are all visitors to this time, and this place. We are all just passing through, inheriting from the ancestors and gifting to our children. Our purpose while we are here is to observe, to learn, to grow, to love… ‘

Alli Philips

Alli is a Yoga Teacher of 10 years with a personal practice spanning over 20 years. She is currently teaching at Free the Coconut in Yamba.
Alli’s classes begin by inviting students to find awareness through their breath into their physical body. Gently building from this finding dynamic movement, strength and playfulness whilst maintaining mind-body-breath connection. With a focus on alignment she supports students to access postures no matter what their ability level is.

Supporting women’s health we explore gentle yoga, breathwork, and self-care practices designed to enhance breast health, lymphatic flow, and overall vitality. Led by a breast cancer survivor and yoga teacher Annette, this class offers a compassionate space to reconnect with your body and heart.

Helen is a Bowen Therapist and Qigong teacher based in Grafton. She is the owner/operator of Seeds of Wellbeing in Grafton NSW.
Helen shares can help us to show up in life feeling alive, embodied, and grounded. I suggest regular practice to forge a strong foundation of physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

Leanne Moore is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Reflexologist in Grafton at Clarence Natural Therapies. In her practice she offers Ayurvedic Consultations, a wide range of Ayurvedic Therapeutic Treatments and Reflexology. Her experience and expertise stems from over 30 years as a Reflexologist and over 20 years as an Ayurvedic Practitioner.

Mez is a remedial therapist, yoga teacher, tantric educator and Holistic Pelvic Care™ practitioner. She has a passion to connect women back to their feminine essence so that they may enrich and empower their everyday life. Meredith happily practices in the beautiful Clarence Valley as a bodyworker and mindful movement educator.

The medium of clay offers us an invitation to work directly with the earth. Amanda invites us to explore and reflect while we enjoy the sensory journey and create a totem animal.
Amanda has worked with clay on and off for many years. She offers workshops in her studio The Clay Circle and has worked as a Remedial Massage Therapist for 20 years.
A long time Clarence Valley resident she finds inspiration in her surrounds, an avid surfer who draws her creative inspiration from her ocean playground and the surrounding national park.

Alison is a qualified meditation teacher and breathwork coach, with a background in education and psychology. She weaves together over a decade of experience to offer grounded, heart-led practices that support emotional balance, inner calm, and authentic connection.
